Combined Coolers

The combined cooling systems of DELTATHERM® work according to the compressor and air cooling principle. By ambient temperatures that exceed the wished process temperature, the control technologies developed by DELTATHERM® are used, so that cooling water can be produced by the air cooling. Consequently the system is the ideal equivalent of open evaporation cooling systems without disadvantages of contamination, salt and oxidizer content, as well as water evaporation. By removal of water losses and by saving of chemicals for water treatment, the operating and maintenance costs are minimized considerably. The operational safety and efficiency of production equipment increase simultaneously. As all free cooling systems that are mounted outside, the combined coolers of DELTATHERM® operate all the year round with antifreeze to avoid freezing in winter.

Combined cooling systems of DELTATHERM® serve to remove excess heat from production equipment and are components of turn-key supplied central cooling device that is provided by the processor control. Water conditioning and water treatment are also the tasks of DELTATHERM®'s engineers.
